                             ORDINANCE NO.   10053 
                
                 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 10025,
                 ENCAPTIONED, "AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE
                 NO. 6958, AS AMENDED, KNOWN AS THE ZONING
                 ORDINANCE, ARTICLE VI, SECTION 804(3) RELATIVE
                 TO THE LOCATION OF FILLING STATIONS AND REPAIR
                 GARAGES IN THE C-4 PLANNED COMMERCE CENTER
                 ZONE." SO AS TO CORRECT AN INADVERTENT ERROR IN
                 THE CAPTION.

         	BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
         CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, 
the
         Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended as follows:
        
         	SECTION 1:   WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 10025 contained an
         inadvertent error in the caption of the Ordinance; and
        
         	WHEREAS, the staff of the Chattanooga-Hamilton County
         Planning Commission recommends to the City Council of the
         City of Chattanooga that said error should be corrected:
        
                                 NOW, THEREFORE
         	BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
         CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 10025, encaptioned
         as set forth above, be and is hereby amended to substitute the
         caption as follows:

                AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 6958, AS
                AMENDED, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, ARTICLE
                V, SECTION 804(3) RELATIVE TO THE LOCATION OF
                FILLING STATIONS AND REPAIR GARAGES IN THE C-4
                PLANNED COMMERCE CENTER ZONE.
        
         	SECTION 2.   BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That Ordinance No.
         10025 shall remain in full force and effect except as set forth 

         above.
         	SECTION 3.   BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance
         shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, as
         required by law.
